NANKATHAI (INDIAN COOKIES)
This is what you’ll need
Flour: 1 cup
Powdered sugar: ¾ cup
Ghee: ½ cup melted
Cardamom powder: ¾tsp
Soda bicarbonate: a pinch.
Let’s get cooking
1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
2. Mix all the ingredients lightly to form dough.
3. Keep aside covered for an hour.
4. Make around 2 cm balls of the dough and place at 1.5 cm distance on a baking tray.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until slightly brown.
6. Cool and store.
