    We like entertaining a lot and I like to cook a home cooked meal,be it any number of invitees, Veg or Non Veg, I like varieties in my cooking,hence I find myself browsing for some new recipes,which are quick to make and tasty to eat :D…and here, I’m happy I found all the “Desi” recipes. keep up the good work and looking forwards to more yummy recipes in the future… 😀 Cheers !!!

    I really like your lung fung recipe. I was wondering how long we’re supposed to cook it?

      Palash, the boneless chicken doesn’t take too long to cook. Pressure cooking for 2 whistles is good enough. Vegetables should not be too soft. Will post a picture soon. Thanks.

      Hello Paula, do try it out. Any feedback from you will be welcome. I have a recipe for Palak Paneer, you could substitute the paneer with aloo and follow the same recipe. Thanks. 😀
